THE PROCESS

How Inbox Interior works.

Bespoke interior design, delivered to your inbox in three considered steps — designed around your space, taste and budget.

1

It’s all about you

We discuss your unique style and vision. I ask a few questions to understand your needs and room dimensions.

2

Your bespoke design

I craft bespoke mood boards, palettes, shopping lists and a plan fit for your skills, space and budget.

3

Sent to your inbox

We make final tweaks and you receive your Digital Plan, ready to come to life with my guidance.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Inside your Digital Plan.

Every plan is delivered to your inbox as a guided 2D PDF — here’s the journey, step by step.

01
Vision Board
This is the starting point. A written summary of your budget, ideas and points of inspiration that form the foundation of your mood board.
02
Mood Board
A visual collage of colours, furniture and textures that capture your room. Each element has a number that corresponds to an item in your shopping list.
03
Mood Board v2
An evolution of the previous one — the final version that includes any design changes we made after reviewing the original mood board.
04
Floorplan
A simple blueprint of your space. It suggests the best way to place and set up the lighting, furniture and other furnishings in your room(s).
05
Action Plan
Instructions on which areas of the space to focus on and why, including how to make simple yet impactful changes.
06
Shopping List
Links to all the products featured in your mood board. The total cost of the goods is always within your budget.
07
Hints & Tips
Little gems that help with your DIY journey — relevant tools, services, advice and learnings from previous projects.
08
Final Delivery
Your Design Plan arrives in your inbox as a 2D PDF, which I’ll guide you through via a video call.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Why are you different from other interior designers?
I offer a fully-remote service, so there’s no face-to-face or site-visit costs. My bespoke service fits around your budget and schedule. Costs shouldn’t be a barrier into the elite interior-design world.
What if I change my mind on a design?
No problem! You’ll have a chance to comment and have one round of edits for free.
What if I have a lot of my own ideas?
I want to hear your ideas — and I’m sure you have a Pinterest board full of inspiration. If you want to take your ideas to the next level with bespoke design expertise, this is the perfect service for you.
Do you work with charities?
If you’re an NGO or Registered Charity, please get in touch for preferential rates. The first discussion is free of charge — send me an email and we’ll schedule a call.
Do you work with businesses?
Have a commercial project in mind? I love working with cafés and bars, and would like to hear about your space and business.
Once you send the final inbox design, can I contact you?
Of course! I’ll be available for four weeks after inbox delivery to answer any questions while you progress from mood board to building your space.
I’m looking for a structural redesign — can you help?
I provide room designs, home-styling inspiration, layout suggestions, and recommendations on products, fabrics and colour schemes. If you need technical expertise for major structural changes, please consult an architect or other relevant expert.
